Othman bin Muhammad bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Saleh bin Muhammad al-Khamis al-Nasiri al-Tamimi, and in short, Othman al-Khamis, a jurist, modernizer and academic, traces his lineage to the Al-Nawasir tribe from the offspring of Al-Miswar bin Omar bin Abbad bin Al-Hussain Al-Tamimi, the last prince of the Bani Tamim tribe, a Kuwaiti Sunni religious scholar.His scientific and practical careerHe studied at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, holds a masters degree in hadith, with a thesis on hadiths about the two tribes (Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain).
